Children, Youth & Young Adults

"Train up a child in the way he should go, even when he is old he will not depart from it" Proverbs 22:6

We recognize the need for personalized ministry to young people in their "growing years", so we provide several groups especially designed to meet the changing needs of the youth.

Sunday School

Sunday School classes are offered from pre-school through sixth grade.  Children's church is offered corporately during congregational worship. Sunday School begins immediately following that time and is broken into appropriate age groups.  Each class is taught by men and women who have a heart for children and love for the Lord.  An excellent curriculum is used to teach your child the message of God's Word in an understandable way utilizing the Bible, games, crafts, skits, and art work.

Wednesday Evenings

Wednesday evenings offer a wide variety of activities and teachings for children. Summertime will offer outdoor activities while during inclement weather, the fellowship hall and gym will be the setting. Proverbs 22:6 says: Train up a child in the way they should go, Even when he is old he will not depart from it. Even during the fun activities, Christian and moral values are being conveyed to the children.

Youth Group

Junior and Senior High Youth Group meets Wednesday evenings. The goal of this group is to reinforce how special and unique they are in the Lord's eyes.  God's Word is used to stimulate discussion and challenging dialogue as well as different special activities including concerts, ski outings, and retreats.

 

"College and Career Age Fellowship

This growing fellowship meets every other Thursday and is a wonderful opportunity for young adults to foster friendships, encourage one another, and support each other in the Lord as they establish themselves in their chosen vocations.

In all our ministries, we do our best to pray specifically for personal needs and issues.  We welcome you to join us as we seek His will through fellowship, Bible discussion, worship, and encouragement.
